Cheese Blintz Souffle

12 Frozen Blintez (cheese or fruit)      
4 Eggs
1 Pt. Sour Cream
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Sweet Butter

METHOD

Melt button directly into 8"x12" glass baking dish.
Place frozen blintzes in baking dish
Beat all ingredients together and pour over blintzes.
Bake in a pre-heated 350° oven for 40 - 50 minutes
Optional: Heat 1/2 a jar of strawberry preserves in a microwave and spoon it over each serving and sprinkle with confectioners sugar. You may also garnish with berries!
